Our journey, which began in 1987 within the restaurant industry, gradually led us into the field of cold-chain food production.
Through detailed sector analysis and the consistent positive feedback we received from our business partners, we quickly realized that our R&D efforts—especially in Kunafa production—were on the right path. This encouraged us to produce with even greater passion and dedication.

We attribute our success to creating added value, maintaining sincerity, and loving what we do.
Before any product reaches the market, raw materials are carefully inspected, all analyses and tests are completed, and each item undergoes a personal taste evaluation by our team. Afterwards, our culinary experts share their insights, and production begins.

We have adopted the principle of always being the ones who produce.

Cold-chain food distribution has become indispensable across the world. Our primary motivation for entering this sector was to contribute to areas in our country where we identified significant needs and opportunities.

We compete first and foremost with ourselves.
Believing that “the palate never lies,” we source all our ingredients directly from their homeland: clarified butter from Şanlıurfa, Antep pistachios from Gaziantep—in short, whatever is local and authentic, we obtain it from its original region.

Today, our company exports to 15 countries, serving major market and restaurant chains in the USA, Canada, Israel, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and many others.

What started in 2005 as a small workshop has now grown into a facility operating on 3,000 m² of indoor space.
We also provide nationwide distribution with our fleet of 35 refrigerated trucks.
