Delivery Within Istanbul

Orders placed within the Istanbul boundaries and approved before 18:00 are generally delivered to your address within 3–4 hours via private courier.
The delivery of your order is planned to be completed as soon as possible, depending on operational density and the stock availability of the selected products.

Delivery via Courier (Shipping Services)

Certain special products or campaign packages may be shipped through cargo companies.
The delivery method for such products is clearly indicated in their product descriptions.

For orders requiring cargo shipment, the delivery time may vary depending on the distribution schedules of the shipping company.

Delivery to the Islands (Adalar Region)

Private courier delivery is not available for Istanbul’s island districts such as Büyükada, Heybeliada, Burgazada, Kınalıada, etc.
If you reside in the Islands region, please contact our customer service for detailed information on alternative delivery or shipping options.
